I am back for real. The Alsska cold is finally getting better and I feel nearly normal. A yes x 3 today and yesterday. So k am on a new 2-day streak. Looking forward to getting back to my normal routine and getting rid of the several pounds I have gained over the past three weeks.10

Pass #2 today with a yes x 2. Went over on calories. I know where I went wrong and it came down to accepting food offered when I could have said no.
As we're on the topic of languages, I'll mention (as I always do sorry!) that a beautiful language to learn is your country's sign language. Even just a few signs are massively appreciated by the Deaf community.

Yes I still eat candy every day yes I know all my calories are all in snack and dinner. Yes I eat very little protein. Woo hoo!!!!! That's because my protein levels are too high. I truly am okay mfp but thanks for the update because I felt great to see I only screwed up one day.

@am_change, thanks for sharing! Interesting to see the similarities and differences in BSL and ASL. I learned a little ASL when I was younger, but not enough to usefully communicate, and I'm afraid it's all faded away.7 -
