Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes...walk in another neighborhood in Rochester and a visit to Wat Pa Lao Buddhadahm which I had never heard about until this past week. Unexpected architecture in western New York; and, yet, another learning experience.

Pass Day #2 for me. Went over in my calorie goal. All is fine though, I’ve been losing faster than I wanted to, so it’s no surprise my appetite caught up to me.6
