Yes x 3. Went to a mum and baby yoga class with my nearly ten week old. Basically it's a yoga class with the baby also on the mat where the teacher gets you to sing songs/click fingers/clap hands etc as you move to entertain them and the babies get in on some of the movement too. He absolutely loved it and cooed and smiled throughout until he was so exhausted he fell asleep. I remember that my daughter eventually loved it (she'd pull my hair and giggle at every downward dog) but cried through a lot too at first so this was a better start than expected.
Also got some walking in too. Made an apple and blackberry cake with my daughter as we'd picked some. It has quite a lot of sugar in it but I tracked it and it's come in OK. In the past I may have (ha definitely would have!) eaten more but today I stuck to one slice and we'll give most of it away to neighbours tomorrow.
Thanks for the questions Rick. They've reminded me of areas I need to work on.

I know that I have to be more thoughtful about my eating. When fasting I can go days without eating, without too much discomfort, so I know that I should be able to eat smaller portions & less snacks.8 -

@RangerRickL, yes, I definitely do better at some of those questions than others. I'm good when I've got a plan and I stick with it. Eating out/free food tend to be more of my downfall, where I'm eating because it's there and tastes good. I don't think I'll ever manage to think of food simply as fuel, but I need to continue working on enjoying mindfully, feeling like I'm getting my money's worth (because that a part of who I am too, lol), but also not derailing my health progress.10 -

A complete waste of a day! My daughter was unsettled all night so i was working on very little sleep, with no energy for exercise, and it led to bad food choices. It was mostly healthy food, but just way too much of it.
Today's a new day though, so onwards and upwards (and hopefully downwards on the scale!)!!
I struggle if i don't start my day off well. I find that if i exercise first thing, before breakfast, i generally make better choices and have a healthier day. I don't want to waste the effort i went to, so I'm more mindful of what I'm eating. It's all a mind-trick for me, but it works!8 -

@katp13 I’ve experienced the same. If I indulge at during breakfast it’s almost impossible to avoid further indulgences.
Previously I would have said comfort eating is my worst problem but I’m hoping I’m over that. Like @RangerRickL now it’s social eating where I’m most apt to make exceptions to my own rules. I’m better than I was though, and I think I’m striking a balance these days.9 -

Agree with others @RangerRickL. My downfall is eating other than home prepared meals, and my worst time is in the evening after dinner.8 -

I'm a teacher and today was our first day back at school for training days. I spent about 1.5 hours after school moving furniture and boxes to start setting up my classroom for the year. I also avoided overindulging in the school-provided lunch tacos and stayed under on my calories, even not counting the moving exercise!8 -
@LisaPower123 I am monitoring my alcohol consumption and in the last 13 days I have had one glass of wine. I have a habit of one glass (6-9 oz) of red wine per day. I always thought that since I made caloric allowances for the wine that I was okay. But as I read the book, Alchohol Experiment, I am gaining some new insights into the unhealthy aspects of alcohol.
On the other hand, tomorrow is my 69th birthday and I do intend to have one drink...probably a margarita.
Calories: nicely under my limit...it's much easier when I don't have a glass of wine

Went to boot camp, and made good choices even when I went out to eat with some friends. Never thought I'd be the one ordering a kale salad at a pizza place! But, it wasn't worth a pass day. UAC keeps me on track.8 -
I went to bed tonight with binoculars in on hand. I am on a mountain. The stars. I look at the equatorial plane. Planets? I am at 10250 feet. My new watch has an altimeter in it. This is sublime. I think there is too much moonlight to be able to see Galaxy tonight. But hey. I got data service here!

Pass Day! I did half decent the first part of the day. Then my son got married this afternoon, and I enjoyed a fabulous reception dinner, which included the bride's family sending a cheese factory tuxedo cheesecake to our table! 😂😜9

I struggle with calories when I’m super busy and when I’m tired. I get into a cycle where I under eat while I zip around and then go over on calories on the days I’m recovering.
I’m constantly working on just being consistent with my daily calories.
Contrary to most people I’m a stress non-eater but once I can relax I tend to over eat.8
