Exercised?: Yes - 20 minute Leslie Sansone YouTube workout and 20 minute kettlebells.
Calories?: Yes - under target.

Exercise in. So while I was away I took classes some for work some for me mainly work. Yesterday I put the class how to deal with difficult people to work. LOL Yes I literally took that class How to deal with difficult coworkers. It has made a huge difference for me at work and even at home lol. No …. nobody at work knows I took the class.9

I am finding the no alcoholic beverages especially hard today. It is Friday. It is really no different than any other day. I will still go to work & yoga in the morning. Oh well. I will go to bed early!5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, boyfriend and I walked for miles and miles and miles on another walking tour of Rochester in the Susan B. Anthony Historic Preservation District and the Brown's Race Historic District at High Falls. Was a great day to be outside! I'll post a collage in the "What's on your mind today" thread.

A successful day today, Bud is feeling better although we are both very tired which is usually a huge trigger for me to grab foods I should avoid instead of taking the time to prepare healthy meals, it did not happen today I kept to my allowable snacks and made a healthy supper. Back to work again tomorrow. Only 5 more days before I start holidays! The countdown is on!
@2020pinktogo good for you taking those courses. I have attended quite a few different ones over the years which has helped in my management positions. Glad you put it to practise today

No real exercise and ate over calories. Not horrible, made mostly good choices (2 margaritas were my treat) but I also didn’t log.
It was my fathers 72nd birthday, he went skydiving with my husband and daughter. This time I stayed on the ground. My dad goes every year for his birthday, he’s a trip.

NSV although my scale refuses to go down recently, my inches have. Happy to report my shopping trip for size 4/6 was a success!4
