    My job is notorious for bringing in food, catered lunch today and catered breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Luckily I work for a sports organization so they try to have at least one healthy option. Working hard to track calories, I've been cooking at home for the last week which makes it easier to control my diet. Eating out too much has always been my downfall.

    Arm challenge day 3, ab workout, 2,000M row and 50min elliptical.

    I'm trying to kick my refined sugar habit. Until you try to reduce the amount you intake on a daily basis you dont realize how much sugar one eats in a day.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, actually under my target w/exercise by about 350. I'm "saving" some of my calories for Friday and Saturday this week.
