Well under calories, and an hour and a half of tennis
Watching successful people on here for the last year and a half has changed my viewpoint on willpower. I used to believe it was necessary, and when I failed I felt badly for not having enough to get me through. I had an "all or nothing" mentality that just didn't work for me.
Now I've observed many folks talking about discipline and consistency, and for some reason that clicked with me. Even when I indulge, don't exercise, whatever...as long as I'm diciplined and consistent with tracking I am right back in the saddle the next day.
Thanks to this I'm now a very consistent person with health, and it's completely become habitual and normal. LOVE this group!6 -

Today is one of those days where I can definitively say UAC made a difference. I was not very active today, but at the end of the day, I took a vigorous 30 minute walk so I could report to all of you that I made my exercise goal.7 -
One of my old habits was buying chocolate just for me, a few months ago I thought why??? So I just don't buy it now, I bought mint sweets instead just in case I need a sugar fix but that is getting less, I snack on fruit, nuts, peanut butter, only eat homemade cake, it can be done

Got some serious climb. Not as much as the other day. I got up the mountain and I am like 2/3 mile short of my previous but my previous got my knee kind of sore. I take the old guy cop out. I gotta keep my knees going for a few more years.
But still, I am ahead of my average for my goal of a 30,000 foot month.
I always like to think about putting a picture on here but just now I can't think of what.
I always think I ought to get me one of them GoPro movie recorders that you paste to your forehead. I think heh, yeah, if I see a bear or a mountain lion that's the only way I will get a picture of it.

What is the shot I missed?
Monarch butterflies. These two Monarch butterflies chasing each other flew right up into my face. No way can you pull a camera up to your nose fast enough to get that.
I think GoPro is voice actuated. I think all you got to do is say "GoPro turn on and get that picture." That'd be too slow. Maybe you can rig it to cue to a real short word.
Techno gizmos. I got a new gps tracker watch. I had it out for its first voyage today. I like it.
