During the last year I’ve lost almost 100 lbs through a combination of regular exercise, healthy eating practices and proactive lifestyle changes. I made a lot of mistakes and learned a lot about myself. I’d love to share my experiences and what I’ve accomplished so far. I still would like to lose another 10 lbs a month for the rest of the year.
