Food Item and Satiety Rating

The purpose of this thread is to help people think of the food they eat and how it keeps them full or makes them hungry again in a short amount of time. Different people find different things satiating so there is not one right answer just one right answer for you.
We will use a 1 to 10 rating. 1 being the lowest meaning it requires a large volume and it still doesn't last. 10 being that you can eat a reasonable portion and stay satiated until the next meal/snack.
This is not a thread that you need to wait for replies before posting again. If you think of more just post them.
