Not me. Is it part of the MFP system?0

No, it appears to be a newer weight loss system that is built on "cognitive behavior" approaches. Been seeing a ton of commercials for it, along with a lot of banner ads for it.0

A former GoaDie I know tried it, had some initial success and then not.0

I tried Noom. Ultimately I bailed out because the daily guidance after the first 3-4 weeks was overwhelmingly weighted towards the cognitive/behavioral with very little nutrition/exercise component. I liked it and did feel it's a sound program, just not all I wanted it to be.
As far as success, like most things you get out of it what you're willing to put in. I lost 5 lbs in the first month and have been maintaining at that level since. This says more about me than the program, I'm certain.0 -
Thank you all. I really appreciate your responses.0

This from the Health article:
Noom allows users to log meals, access workout plans and track exercise, read articles, search recipes, set goals, receive support from a personal health coach (note: not RDNs), rate your motivation level, track progress, and connect with a group of peers with similar goals. It even addresses emotional eating, and how factors like stress and boredom may impact eating decisions.
Another positive of Noom for many people is that it doesn’t ban any food.
That sounds very familiar. It was WW back when I started. I had a ML, not a health coach. There were some eating plans but I don’t know who put them together.0
