100 grams of Brussel Sprouts has 9gr of Carbs... but of that 9grams, 3.8grams is non soluble fibre...

Does that mean Brussel sprouts should actually be counted as 5.2 grams of carbs? (per 100gr)

That's correct. 5.2 net carbs. Most only count net carbs.

No, but my free mobile app does show fiber if I click on my nutrients, right next to my macros.

I don't know how the app differs Country to Country.

Even if it didn't, I wouldn't worry too much. Some days I eat tomatoes, spinach, mixed greens, cilantro, broccoli, avocado, peppers, onions... End up at about 30 total carbs, and still like 19 net carbs. Always under 20 net carbs!

Granted, I do small portions of a lot of veggies... Love the flavors!!

My understanding is that MFP does it the way it does because in many countries it's ALREADY net carbs. ie in some other countries the carb count IS net carbs.
