I'm not new to OMAD, but I'm thinking about switching my meal idea(s). So, I'm planing on eating (10) boiled carrots, half of a raw minced onion, and half of a tomato as my one meal a day. In addition, I'll allow myself to eat one piece of fruit per day. I'm thinking about making this my meal every day for 3 months. I'm also trying to stay away from meat, dairy products, and sugar

Uhhhh I hope you're joking (but if you're not please don't take offense) - there's a zero percent chance you can get all the nutrition you need from a few vegetables :expressionless:

OMAD allows you to eat more of what you want, but you actually do have to get some nutrition in, or you WILL be miserable and this WILL fail like every other diet. You'll have no energy, you'll get REALLY bored, and it can seriously effect things like your concentration, mentality, mood, sleep, the list goes on and on - long story short, it WILL negatively effect your health.

That being said, we don't know anything about you, your goals etc.

Do an intro, eat sensibly, and run the OMAD play.

Hopefully those tweaks are heavy in the protein and fat areas ;)
