I'm on a break to rest my neck & upper back. I didn't do Fri Day 2 bc I think I slept wrong on my pillow and messed up my neck. I don't think it was the pushup bc I am really careful about my form. I am also doing body combat a couple of times a week..maybe I was tensing my shoulders or something.1

Last day of week 2. These sets were a little hard to crank out: 5, 7, 5, 5, 8. I’ll do the exhaustion test tomorrow to see how I’m doing. Not sure when I’ll transition to normal pushups - kind of nervous actually to try. But we’ll see ...0
