Ideal Protein Weight loss program

Anyone out there on the Ideal Protein weight loss program? It's a medically supervised KETO program. Just curious because I am thinking about enrolling. I am a person who needs supervision and accountability and the expertise sure wouldn't hurt either.

    I'm not sure what the cost is, but you might be better served getting a keto friendly personal trainer...it would be more individually personalized rather than a group program where you might not actually get the level of individual accountability you desire.

    I am doing IP as well and have stopped eating the IP food after seeing how many carbs I should be at and how many carbs are in the IP foods.
