Okay after the shock of figuring out this menopause lark is for real, and then going ... yikes what does this mean for me as a woman .. and then figuring out it meant nothing but freedom ... I am now 78 days without a period .. a few episodes of spotting is all ... so ... want to celebrate but no one really does that do they?

    but please remember: the symptoms don't stop with the bleeding. I wish they did!
