Getting back on Keto

So my life has taken a complete turn around. I went from being active and staying on track but all that changed last year.
I had neck surgery which has now disabled me. I'm limited in walking, standing, bending, pulling and pushing. Max weight limit is 10lbs.
Starting over and hoping to find some support or success stories.

I can say that keto helps me feel better overall. That said, my way to make keto work runs between 50-80g daily carbs because I’m fat-burning in that range, and I get sick if I go under 50g too many days in a row.

Listen to your body. And keep in mind that keto can be incredibly unhealthy if you go with artificial sweeteners and that sort of thing to try to pursue the same tastes you’ve found comfort in. (Been there. Done that.)

Because of inflammation (joint pain, gut issues), I have to stick pretty close to paleo AIP these days with an emphasis on lower carb foods.

Wishing you well on your journey to feeling better.
