    I am not in the UAC winner's circle but it does feel good having a Successful last day of September!

    No winners circle for me. But ...
    I did manage to get the Strava climbing merit badge for September with a little bit of change left over.
    I haven't been all that diligent otherwise so I am still carrying part of last winter's party weight.
    Not real far from maintenance but the last few pounds down to that does require some diligence.
    Alcohol free for a couple of weeks now. I suspect that might be my missing diligence ingredient.

    Congrats to all of the circle winners.

    But Don't gotta be in the circle to justify keeping on plugging away.

    well done winners! I have done well today having tracked under limit and exercised. I have finished a month successfully being consistent the last 9 days - made a good start to September also - shame about the middle of the month! looking forward to doing well in October.

    Congrats to all the winners and thanks to RangerRick for overseeing the challenge! I didn't make the winner's circle, but found the challenge to be fun and beneficial. See y'all in October.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, hobbling around 3 long parking lots, the doctor, a restaurant, and a huge grocery store. I have a knee/leg injury and walking is suddenly a major task. Fortunately, I didn't tear anything and won't need surgery.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    ECT is a yes for me. Monday morning is my barre class at the Y which makes it easy.

    Yes x 3 for me. Despite my 4 pass days, this month was a big success for me weight wise, down almost 5 lbs. I’m looking forward to hanging onto that loss, maybe even adding onto it in October.

    Great job, everyone!

    Today is my one and only Pass Day for September. Tonight I celebrated Rosh Hashanah with my hubby (he's Jewish) and we made the most incredible cheese blintzes. Basically dessert for dinner. LOL I would have taken a picture, but we were too busy eating. :D So worth the calories!

    And after running and walking for a combined 53,557 steps this weekend, I went to get up this morning to work out before work and my body say, "Hey -- we need a break!" So I decided to take a rest day. Still exceeded my 10,000 steps for the day, but that was it.

    Hope to see you all in October! :)

    Finished the month strong. And the scale is co-operating big time. Under 2 lbs away from my 2019 GW. Under 4lbs away from my original UGW. I may shoot for the 140s!!! 😂
