I have taken 5 pass days this month which I am pleased with as I travelled a lot. Being in this group was always a reminder to try and stay on track and if not, then stay as close as possible. I also traded in complete rest days for at least a 20 minute walk.

I’m at 4 pass days for the month but still a little ahead of schedule weight loss wise, so I still feel like a winner.
I agree with Rick, UAC is absolutely helping me build good habits.5 -

Exercise: just, 25 minutes walking, However, some of this was to get a new food scale, old one just didn't seem to be very accurate, and a new swimming cao, old one was tearing.
