This is me just standing still on Cocoa.
We did 2 hours of easy walking and trotting today

Exercise: just, 25 minutes walking, However, some of this was to get a new food scale, old one just didn't seem to be very accurate, and a new swimming cao, old one was tearing.

I am doing an extended fast so it should be easy to finish the month off strong & on track.
Good for you Lisa, I am not good with fasting. Tried once and felt sick by mid afternoon, then got a major headache that turned into a migraine, never again for me. I have friends that do it successfully too!0 -
