I’m starting to think of those “barely” days as a big win. For me, they’re often busy days where, without UAC, my day could have tipped into a negative progress day.

Thank you @RangerRickL! It took a little bit for everything to "click" into place. My major struggle was adjusting my routine for the treadmill, and worrying that I was not going to get my studies completed - which all turned out to be unjustified worries and fears that fed my excuse not to use the treadmill.
I am so thankful for UAC - thanks for leading it!1
