Rick, your message is just what I needed to read. I am totally frustrated on not reaching a goal I have set for myself and not appreciating what I have achieved in the meantime. It is a good reminder for me. Exactly what I needed! I need to step back on reflect more on this.2 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No exercise, first time in 6 weeks. I worked on a big project all day and between that, helping my neighbor, and going to work, I didn't have any time left. I need to budget my time better for exercise, in the same way I plan my food.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, ate overnight oats with slivered almonds and blueberries when I got home at almost midnight
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, but I couldn't tell exactly how many calories were in the oatmeal because I'd prepared several servings in one container. If I make them again, I'll put them in a single serve container.1 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 20 minutes hill repeats on TM. 45 minutes back and abs.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No

Great message. As I struggle to turn around a small gain of 2-3 lb since January, I need to remember that I’m 72.7 lbs lighter.
I couldn’t lift that much weight.

I'm posting so late that it is actually Saturday. It was the worst day this month, and I do not know why. I exercised, but did not track and am sure that I went over. So I'll take my second pass.3
