Yesterday, we went to the fair.
Here is a photo of a heavy horse or draft horse exhibition.
One of the virtues of the UAC thoughtful tracking concept is I did overeat at the fair but I could consciously restrict both breakfast and dinner intake to achieve a 3-yes day!23 -

yep, skipped boxfit and had a much needed sleep-in. Did 1 hour gardening and another hour of
housework instead.

I was too late yesterday and now I"m too early today but let me predict that I will complete my goals. I have the dinner veggies chopped and trout ready for dinner, with breakfast & lunch in the bag. Everything is pre-logged and even a glass of red wine has been allotted. We are headed for the lake where we will slowly scurry up and down hills, kayak and maybe, if the water is smooth, try to waterski. (Granted, I get up on two and drop these days and only last a few minutes, but how wonderful those minutes are!) Barring Hurricane Dorian coming to Tennessee, this is my day.13

Struggling a bit on the eating front. With Sept arriving lots of schedule changes as fall activities resume. Also been having sleeping issues which are adding to the problem. Will chip away at this and hopefully get back in the groove shortly.12 -

Walked my friends 2 year old down to the playground and ran around with him there :-) tracked every bite and stayed within budget8 -
Busy day with work but I nearly have my presentation done so that's great. It's actually lots of fun researching for the presentation for the Snake Park centennial. We were the first snake park in Africa and the second in the world.
I got a nice 5km walk in after work, with an ice cream in the middle to celebrate spring, but needed a nap when I got home. Adjusting to work while keeping up some kind of exercise routine is exhuasting. I will get back to my normal fitness level soon enough, I just need to persevere.
Within calories even with my spring treat and sushi with the sisterhood (monthly girls only sushi gathering with my friends).
Got some bonding time with my baby seal who we hand raised when we couldn't get her back to her mom in summer. She has grown so much while I was away!10 -

Yes x 3. Twenty minutes later of weights in the morning. Just happy I even got that in, been busy with the grandkids all day. Spent lots of time in the pool but I’m not sure how many calories are burnt trying to evade water guns9

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes...another hike on the fairy trail today and a walk from the village back to our house. No pics today...as I posted pics of the fairy houses last month.

@RangerRickL I have been known on several occasions to compensate for poor food choices during one part of the day with limits on other meals and snacks for the rest of the day. You can't beat a country fair to let loose and enjoy the kid in you, again!7 -

A perfect Saturday of both wonderful weather and activity.
Exercise: almost 2 hours of active horseback riding and after a light lunch, 55 minutes of walking plus log carrying as we did trail maintenance. I never run the chain saws, I just pull brush and carry logs to the fires.
Tracking: good
