I am taking Friday off. Since I was 4 years old (I'm 69 now), I love to go to a rural county fair called the Sandwich Fair in DeKalb County, Illinois, USA.
Friday morning is the heavy horse, or draft horse show.
I love seeing those beautiful calm giant horses

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? - 1hr instructing Zumba. (This week (& next) have had more than my normal amount of classes to teach due to a few injuries in the team)

This Weekend will be a little more challenging. Going out for brunch and eating dinner at as friends place - I'll do my best to stay on target 👍

Good day and I even have spare calories so can have chocolate milk later if the snack attack hits. My exercise was rough because I had to run in horrible wind but I got it done. It made me appreciate that my chosen sport happens indoors so I can do it anytime regardless of weather, now I just need to be allowed to do it again. Injuries and rehab are not nearly as much fun.
Work is exhausting after 7 weeks off even though I'm mostly just doing desk stuff, preparing for a talk next week, so I'm having a boring Friday night reading in bed (which actually is often what I do on Friday night!)
My weekend includes work but I'll try get some photos to share when I'm busy with the animals. My little baby seal has grown up and takes fish now, not formula!
Saturday night is Sushi Sisterhood but I've decided not to do buffet as I eat less since kidney transplant surgery and won't do it justice so I can plan how many calories I need.
Tracking next week is going to be tricky as I'm at a conference, but I'll do my best.10 -

Friday evenings hubby and I usually go out to eat. I had very limited time to exercise today and made the mistake of not eating a smaller breakfast today to offset the lack of calorie burn and going out to eat, as I started work later than I wanted today.
So, pass day 1 for me.
I'm proud of myself for how I have been doing this past week going out to eat with friends on Monday and having a meal at my in-laws on wednesday and staying within my calorie limit while making time for exercise. Unfortunately, we only have 24 hours in a day...lol.

sept 6th
exercise I done my physio for 30 mins, muscles feeling better so I also done the same strength workout from the 4th and 3rd for 20 mins and added in 5 mins of cardio on my stat bike (I might do more of that in a little while

First pass day for me. Was all going to plan until one wine turned into three and I lost the motivation to get my exercise in. Nevermind, Saturday is a new day and I plan to get extra exercise in to stay on track!10

Exercise: Yes. Several walks into town, combining business with pleasure, totalling over an hour. Saw a beautiful exhibition by a local French painter, mostly landscapes. It's really important for me to look after my mental well-being, otherwise I sink into despair and depression with the care of a partner with Alzheimer's.
Under calories: Yes. I'm not drinking alcohol at all now, which makes a difference on the calories. With the partner problem it is far too easy to drown my sorrows in wine or whisky...
Tracked: Yes. Fills me with pride, hitting the Complete button and seeing I've done it, five days in a row now, totally honest about every mouthful!10 -
hi there another 3xyes day today, tracked, under limit and exercised though only the bare minimum. quiet weekend at home planned. few home and garden jobs planned. help my daughter get her homework done that kind of thing - dare I say sticking to UAC should be achievable.....9

@goldthistime yes. I was gentle with myself. Prepped for the day and a busy day it was. I spent 2 weeks getting off sugar before I started. The hunger is much easier to manage when you are not addicted to sugar.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I did. 20 minutes on the nose. Purely because of this group. Wouldnt normally exercise everyday. The rowing machiene is going to be happy.
