Happy Labour Day everyone! I am labouring today in celebration...lol.......I am okay with that though as the money is good today and I will get another day off when I want it....win win situation....lol

Great day today. I achieved all three goals even though I spent most of the day sitting around waiting at the hospital so food choices are not great. Had my 6 (nearly 7) week check up post transplant and my numbers are awesome. Got cleared to start rehab and resume training under my rehab guy's guidance. To celebrate I did a short yoga session when I got back to my recipient's house (he's in hospital tonight after a biopsy). First yoga since transplant, but went well, with a few modifications!
New tattoos are all healed so going running tomorrow before I go do the hospital pick up.13 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but I came up against a repeating social problem. I met a friend in a restaurant where there is nothing I want to eat, but I feel I have to order something to justify sitting there. I ended up eating two lunches and skipped dinner (too full).
