September Challenge

Through the month of September I challenge you to move your body 3 days out of the week. We all are starting at a different point so it is up to you what this looks likes.

It could be walking the dog, yoga, barre, swim, a run. Choose something you know you can do for 30 minutes, that is maybe new to you, and at least three times a week (if you want to do more you can! Only 3 days is the challenge.)

Push your comfort in what your chose and make sure it’s something you enjoy AND it can be different each day!

    Let’s do this!!! Mine will be strength training 3x a week as I usually “move” 5 days a week. 😊
