    Can I say I am just so scared for Beta? ALthough I am hearing people say that Rip't circuit actually not as hard as alpha circuit...what do you say?

    I agree it is not as hard (but it isn't easy either) it just isn't as hard and TBC. Speed 2.0 is harder then 1.0...you never stop moving. lol

    All in all it is still the best 25 min workout in my opinion :)

    I'm on week 5 day 3 but I did start week 5 on the Beta schedule. I like it ALOT!!! And since Monday I have lost 0.8!! So Yay for that loss so far and I'm gonna do Beta for 6 weeks instead of 5.

    Speed 2.0-Wow!!! HARD!! lol I think this is my FAVORITE T25 workout:bigsmile:
    Rip'T Circuit-Liked it and used the bands.
