Rest days?

What do you ladies do on rest days? I'm used to walking 4mph for 30 min every day. I've lost a bunch of weight doing that and decreasing my calories. I want to follow the C25K program and skip days between runs, just need advice on what to do on those days. I've finished week 2 just doing leg strength exercises on the off days so far, but wanting to know what yall do.

    I do Bodyweight strength training 2-3 days a week plus lots of walking - I walk to work and back, and for shopping etc. Nothing high impact as my tendons already hate me 😆

    I walk every day even on rest days at a leisurely pace. I also try to fit in strength training and yoga on non-run days

    I ride my bicycle and/ or walk on most "rest" days.

    One thing I'm doing is *decreasing* my walking on rest days. I had been walking about 5-6 miles a day over 1.5-2 hours a day. On a recent run, I pulled a muscle in my thigh and staying off my legs is the only thing that is getting it back in shape for me.
