I read a great blog post on MyFitnessPal yesterday morning and I went back to read it properly yesterday evening and it’s gone? Am I imagining things??
I have a screenshot of some of it that I found interesting and sent to my husband but now I can’t find the actual blog post anywhere!

Did you try to search title or keywords in mfp search engine.
I don't read any of the blogs, so not too familiar with those options.
If using browser and not app could go through internet history.1 -
What was it called?

I can’t remember now but it had low carb in the title.
It interested me because it said people on lchf burn around 250 calories more a day than high carb0 -
I looked back to the beginning of Sept and couldn't find anything. Weird.
Does this help?

There's one on Bulletproof that talks about the 250 calorie thing:

Thank you @snapshotstacy that’s it!
Sorry everyone I thought it had popped on my feed as recently published then disappeared and I was heading down the ol’ conspiracy theory route haha!! I must’ve clicked on a link that took me back to the January post.
