I apparently missed a check in on Oct 23 that I just now noticed. I believe this disqualifies me from the Winners Circle since more than 3 days have passed? If I’m wrong please let me know. Since I’m not sure that I ever accounted for that day

I don't think missing a check in day counts. I think it has to do with how you fared on that missed day. Was a Yes x 3 on that day?

Hi Folks!
I’m not in the Winners’ Circle, but I AM feeling like a winner...
I have been trying different things to stop a gradual maintenance creep over the past 4-6 months.
Jan 1: 155
April 25: 153.
October 25: 157.6
Today: 155.6
Finally, midday on Oct 26, when the scale hit 158 & my pants would not close comfortably, I said “Enough!” My mindset clicked back into place.
Because I have tracked for several years, I began looking back at what I was eating & doing when I was able to lose.
I went back to that & for the first time in my weight loss/maintenance journey was able to eat at a lower calorie level.
And today...3-1/2 days later, I have dropped from 158 to 155.6.
Shooting for 155 by Jan 1st. If this lower wt continues, I may work to get back to 153, my original GW - but I had less muscle then.
Net carbs under 135 per day, spread out
Minimum 5 fruit/veg serving
70-110 g protein
And of course...water!

3 x’s yes! It was almost 70 degrees today so I got in about 6 hours of weeding and bulb planting. Finished my day with an hour long step and sculpt class. Good on calories!5

Using my last Pass Day tomorrow. I have 2 catered events, so accurate logging isn’t possible.
Back on track on Friday. See you in the November Challenge.
I have discarded my final 15 lbs since end of July, and have surpassed my GW for 2019. I plan to drop a few more in November, and finally go onto maintenance.
I will still be in UAC as I believe that the key to sustainable weight loss is continued vigilance and accountability.

Unless I keep in check tomorrow, WC will most likely not be in the cards for October. I suppose I could bring half of my Halloween dinner home and keep it for November 1. Cutting it close, though!

Exercise: 42 minutes of sweaty indoor exercise (that is my new short hand for my home gym strength and cardio intervals)

I'm not really getting much exercise but calories and tracking are good. Yesterday was the same. There is no chance of my being in the winner's circle. However, just by checking in with you all I do better and that's a win!
