One day left! Planning to do a lighter lunch tomorrow and resist too much chocolate at night-- I think prelogging or tracking as I go will help me keep under and know what I'm allowed. There's no way I'm taking a pass day the last day4 -

I had a really good day!
Exercise: 42 minutes of sweaty indoor exercise (that is my new short hand for my home gym strength and cardio intervals)
Tracking: good
Calories: way way under my limit....I"m working too hard5 -
I'm not really getting much exercise but calories and tracking are good. Yesterday was the same. There is no chance of my being in the winner's circle. However, just by checking in with you all I do better and that's a win!

I had 3 planned out pass days for the month, but my stomach flu mid month knocked me off track. Nevertheless, my exercise has increased greatly since joining this group as well as my motivation to stay consistent with tracking, logging, and meal planning. Hopefully will make the winner's circle in November!5 -

Yes, that’s exactly what it is. We started with a shovel and a pickaxe but than realized we needed more serious tools if we ever want to get to the bottom of the whole 😅
