I know that tracking calories is the most important thing to do. Nonetheless, yesterday, Rose & I stopped at an unfamiliar restaurant. The food was so tasty that I failed to track the calories until the end of the day. Due to that failure, I blew it!
My calories were too high.
Yesterday reminded me that calories must be tracked before or while choosing portions and options

I am feeling quite rough today, woke up with a throat infection I am struggling to eat due everything feeling like I am eating broken glass, none the less I did manage some exercise and the cals and tracking were easier than normal.

This challenge is really great! I love seeing what everyone is up to.
Exercise: 90km bike ride. Last leg of our trip. Cycle all the way back to our front door. Sad it’s over but man my legs are sore!!!
Calories: under, but it’s quite amazing how much I need to eat when I exercise all day like that!

Yesterday was pass day #3. I had lunch out with my Dad and Uncle. Way too many calories! But we had such a nice time, it was worth it.

Happy to report that today was much more enjoyable than all the yard and wood work yesterday. We went for a drive in the Finger Lakes region to check out fall foliage today. Here are a few pics. The top two are from Filmore Glen State Park honorably named after U.S. President Millard Filmore. The bottom two pics are Ithaca Falls (bottom left) and Taughannock Falls (bottom right). It was a great day to be outside.

Today was a 'make up for yesterday' day!
Happy Day, or perhaps Happy Night, I got 10 hours of sleep...after a long stretch of travel and resulting fatigue!
I'm rested and ready to move forward.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Unfortunately no. I started not feeling well last night, and I felt horrible all day. Stomach issues -- totally bloated and so tired.

Now that it is approaching midnight, I must recant my YesX3 as I overindulged in snacks this evening, so over on calories. Pass day #3.6 -
The weekend was a wash. Calories were ok but couldn’t claim any intentional exercise.
Back on track today. Some lower body strength. And a brisk walk to the voting station. Followed by a brisk walk back home to retrieve my husbands wallet so he could actually vote! And another walk back to exercise our right and responsibility.4 -
