    I stayed under my calorie goal tracked my food and returned to the gym I was nervous as my oa in my knees continue to flare up but felt I owed it to myself to try managed the elliptical, rower and the treadmill I will hope for just a walk tomorrow.

    ECT for me! Today was Monday Barre class and an afternoon stroll, plus we walked to lunch where I had beans and greens. I have almost 9000 steps without much extra effort!

    I'm taking a pass today! I've been going since 5 a.m. & it's now 9 p.m & I'm trashed. Much to tired to workout or log my food! Good night & I'll meet up with ya tomorrow!

    Today's exercise was cleaning the house and decluttering a closet. Cooked for dinner and had light food earlier. Very productive before going back to work tomorrow.
