Last night, there was a full moon over Phoenix, Arizona.
Rose & I left Chicago on Friday and flew to Phoenix. We left an early fall chill and cold rain and arrived to 90 degrees F and low humidity.
We hiked in the desert and enjoyed seeing some fall flowering shrubs.
Next Saturday, we’ll return to chilly Chicago.

Yup, more cleaning + push-ups (with bad form) + 25 minutes resistance band full-body workout. Going for a run now, something I haven't done since the 8th grade, cause I hate it so much. And I smoke. And I huff and puff. If you don't hear back from me... well, check the news Should be back in 15 minutes though, I don't think I can do more than 500 meters
Within my calorie budget?
Yes, 300 calories to spare AND I had 13 grams of chocolate. That food scale has been the best investment ever!

We're having a lovely start of the autumn here in Romania, it's sunny and warm, 26 degrees Celsius today. In the words of the wisest beheaded hero in history, "Winter is Coming", but it's probably a couple of months away.
EDIT: back from jog, I can confirm I still hate it. However, I did better than I expected, 1.5 km. Apart from dripping sweat all over the place, I appear to be still alive.10 -

The weather here in Pennsylvania (east coast USA, an hour north of Washington, D.C.) is in the 60 F range in the day and quite chilly at night, down to 39 F. Trying to get in my hikes/walks outside before the ice comes.5 -

It was a brisk 43 degree beautiful morning at our local state park with mist on the lake where I had a 4.78 mile hike up and down two ridges. Calories and tracking were good, too.

Yes x 3, exercise was morning weights, low impact aerobics and rowing machine.
Beautiful sunny day here, although sweater weather. We took advantage of it to head outside and get a family photo after our Thanksgiving dinner today. And I’m proud to say I didn’t overdo it. If anything I ate too much earlier in the day because I had a lot of prep work and didn’t want to face it hungry. I had to head down to the basement and put in some extra exercise to have enough calories for dinner!5 -

It's still in the high 70s/low 80s here in Northern CA. However, it's getting chillier at night and the leaves are just starting to change. It's supposed to be cooler this week and hopefully that trend will continue!3 -
