    Exercise - yes - yoga was much needed, feeling physically and mentally refreshed
    Calories - yes - made a lot of careless food choices but didn't overeat by some miracle, so macros were garbage but calories were actually ok
    Tracked - yes - log is cringeworthy today, must do better!

    3x’s yes with a 1 hour interval strength and cardio class. Plus more work shoveling gravel at home. Track like it’s my job and good on calories.

    Perfect Autumn weather in the Hudson Valley, NY. Enjoying ever minute I can outside.
