One hour boot camp and I stayed for an hour of kickboxing. On top of an afternoon spent shoveling and raking gravel in my driveway.
I’ve prelogged my evening and I’ve got about 1000 exercise calories to spare 😂 so I’m good on calories...4 -
hi - yesterday the 11th was a 3 x yes day but today will be my first pass day for October. lost my focus a bit this morning and chose a silly breakfast which left me hungry. then went to a friend's for evening meal - and it would just be too much guesswork to try a retrospectively log it now. breakfast is prepped for tomorrow x5

@RangerRickL Hope you are getting some much needed rest! Succession planning and exit strategies for businesses gets pretty involved. Enjoy your new project. My work, back in the day, was with an estate planning and tax attorney and also with a small business corporate attorney...both areas of law which you seem to enjoy. I can only say I am glad to be retired!3 -

I do enjoy my work, but at 69, I am well aware of life’s aging realities. I push myself to keep improving my skills but at the same time, I’m preparing my young lawyers to be able to replace me.
It’s a good balance and my DW, Rose, is comfortable with what I am doing.2 -
