    Yes, brisk walk 2.5 km + 1 hour house cleaning (much needed)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
    Yes, but I counted what calories I burned and ate them in the form of dark chocolate 80%, because weekend :p

    Yes.

    exercise yes, seems like cleaning is a popular Saturday exercise. I pretty much spent 5h taking care of all the house plants and cleaning

    One hour boot camp and I stayed for an hour of kickboxing. On top of an afternoon spent shoveling and raking gravel in my driveway.

    I’ve prelogged my evening and I’ve got about 1000 exercise calories to spare 😂 so I’m good on calories...

    @RangerRickL Hope you are getting some much needed rest! Succession planning and exit strategies for businesses gets pretty involved. Enjoy your new project. My work, back in the day, was with an estate planning and tax attorney and also with a small business corporate attorney...both areas of law which you seem to enjoy. I can only say I am glad to be retired!

    Calories: under by nice margin
    Exercise: it’s so nice to hike in the desert. 73 minutes at 3 mph with elevation gain & descent

    I do enjoy my work, but at 69, I am well aware of life’s aging realities. I push myself to keep improving my skills but at the same time, I’m preparing my young lawyers to be able to replace me.
    It’s a good balance and my DW, Rose, is comfortable with what I am doing.
