I do enjoy my work, but at 69, I am well aware of life’s aging realities. I push myself to keep improving my skills but at the same time, I’m preparing my young lawyers to be able to replace me.
It’s a good balance and my DW, Rose, is comfortable with what I am doing.2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I logged 90 minutes. I walk far more than that at my job, but don't log it.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, a couple hundred over (but I might have walked it off)

Exercise - YES - killer leg + shoulder supersets, then 65 min on the bike. Yikes!
