Yesterday was pass day 4 for me. Bad weather and a sore shoulder after physio made me curl up in bed with series and treats...
Today is already a better start with a morning run.
Not sure how the weekend will turn out as I'm going to the farm with my family-by-choice as my nieces are playing in the school band at the Rose Show.8 -

I've eaten my exercise calories but it's still a 3xyes day - trackrd. under limit and exercise included a dog walk which im pleased about as they are benifiting from these healthy habits. still in it to win x7

@lalabank - I love to garden! 20+ years ago I was passionately "rehabbing" my yard over a couple of years. I lived to be outside gardening whenever I could and I was at my healthiest - (and generally covered with chigger bites! ) Lucky you!
ECT all good - Swam 1400 meters, plus a 20 afternoon walk. The quality of my calories was much improved today.
