Bruising and multivitamins

I’ve noticed unusual bruising, mostly on my legs. I’m fairly certain this is due to one kind of vitamin deficiency. My macros are set at 5% carbs, 20% protein, 75% fats. I’ve been keto 8 weeks. Any advice?

On the positive side, no migraines since I’ve been keto.

Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes found in the pineapple. It helps heal bruises fast!

Iron is the most likely bruising related deficiency, but you should not supplement without dr confirmation because it's also one that you can overdose on.

Try eating more iron rich foods, particularly heme iron (meat based) like beef, goat, liver, etc.

    You won't overdose from food.

Or, contact your dr and get iron levels tested. It's possible some of the local pharmacies might offer iron testing. If you attempt to donate blood they will test your iron for you as well, though you shouldn't go that route unless you actually want to donate blood if you qualify.
