Week one of the 28 day challenge down! How did everyone do? Did you log at least 7 miles? Did you stay under food and calorie goal five out of seven days?

    I logged 9 miles (in addition to my regular activity), I was over calorie goal three out of seven days ☹️ One day was just over, the other two were playing out cheat days 😂😂. I did realize though how much better I do when I am regularly logging in my food and staying focused. I lost a few pounds last week, but after my cheat days, back up a bit. So throwing around some water weight here. I’m ready to see what week two will bring!!

    I was under calorie 7 days, was able to do more than one hour of exercise each day. I lost 9 pounds and 1 inch on my waist. feeling very positive
