28 day MyFitness Challenge

Begins Monday September 16th and ends Monday October 14th. Challenge is to
1) log in to MyFitness for 28 days
2) stay under calorie goal each week 5 out of 7 days
3) 28 miles in 28 days via walking, running, climbing, elliptical (=1 mile/day)
