Challenge complete! How did you do?
Ok, so I kind of fizzled out towards the end, but I did log almost 33 miles! And even though I didn’t keep my nutrition goals like I wanted to, I still lost about 3lbs!
Week 3 down, 1 more to go!
My week was a little better but still not as good as I would have liked. Did log a good amount of miles though, just need about 4 more to finish out.

I logged 8 miles last week, and food diary 6 days but struggled and didn’t stay under cal goal hardly at all. Hoping for a better week!

Hey everyone! How is it going? It’s day 2 of the challenge and I’ve done pretty well with calories. Didn’t get any miles in yesterday but plan to log at least 2 tonight 😁😁
