Ok, so I kind of fizzled out towards the end, but I did log almost 33 miles! And even though I didn’t keep my nutrition goals like I wanted to, I still lost about 3lbs!

    .completed the challenge, lost some weight , continued cardio about 1 hour a day and strength training 2 hours 3 times a week
