I logged 8 miles last week, and food diary 6 days but struggled and didn’t stay under cal goal hardly at all. Hoping for a better week!

    so success every day, I moved the stationary bikes into the tv room, they are the magnetic kind and make zero noise. time flies on them when watching tv
