I gained 1.8 lbs this week. I was sick and didnt eat the best, also couldn't exercise much. I'm going to try to make up for it this week.

I'm also starting to lose motivation. I'm alone here it seems and I haven't found any other groups that I feel comfortable in. I'm going to keep posting though. Maybe you all will come back.

    Soooo I went on holiday, and gained some weight... Have been dieting again since last week, and sadly am not yet back to the weight I was when I left for holiday, I'm getting there again though.
    Started studying again, well, I have an internship right now, which is taking a lot of my time and I'm trying my best to stay on track. Not always the easiest since I'm allowed to eat the food they serve at my internship, but I'm often bringing my own.
