Complete! Took a 30 second break after 50 sit-ups and then was able to complete. (Just that little break helps). Only 10 actual ab days left in this challenge. YAY US!

08/17 -- DONE! Managed the sit ups and the plank but had to do the crunches and leg raises in two sets.0
