75 situps 100 crunches 45 leg raises and 55 second plank. done! I actually got in 60 seconds on the plank! Woohoo! I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday.

    Day 6 completed...there was one break in sit UPS...lol No rest days for me coz I stared late.

    Day 17 completed message to mayonie1: you still need a rest day so your muscles can recover. Abs need rest to. You can keep going even when the month ends.

    Hi everyone.
    I did skip the rest day 12 and did day 13 yesterday.
    but i must say that today i'm taking day rest. It is much needed.
