27.4 lbs down. I want to speed up my progress between now and the holidays so I can relax a bit during them. I may add some more excercise or be more strick with food choices. Right now I eat not so great but stay below my calories, of I cut out the bad choices I think that will give me a boost.

    Since it has only been a few days since I weighed myself the scale didn't move that much. I'm kind of losing hope since I keep gaining - losing - gaining - losing weight, even when I keep to my calories. But yeah, I hope next week will be better...
