I don't know what happened this week. I know I didn't eat the best and went over my calories a little a couple days, but I didn't realize it was this bad. I need to be more strict with myself.

I didn't do that good this weekend, I had fast food and didn't really look at my calories. Counting calories is also difficult during my internship because they provide food, so I try to manage my portion sizes instead of counting the calories.

Haven’t had access to the scale for 6 weeks so I was pleasantly surprised when I finally weighed myself and was 2kg lighter than in late August, because I’ve only been loosely counting calories and barely exercising. Very happy with about a 10-lb loss for this challenge, because I finally went just under 130lbs and that was my goal weight since December. I’m going to revise my goal down to 120 as I feel like I can still afford to lose that much, and hopefully I can reach that by New Year’s.

Good luck everybody for the last week and beyond!
