I don't know how WW friendly this is but I make it a lot in the winter:
1 lb ground turkey
1 diced onion
2 cans black beans
1 can corn
1 can rotel original tomatoes
1 large can petite diced tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch dressing mix1 -
When I joined WW, I learned the 10 can chili recipe
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 yellow onion diced
2 cans corn, drained
4 cans beans (black, pinto, etc...) drained
4 cans diced tomatoes, drained
1 packet taco seasoning (or to taste)
Brown the beef, add the onions and the canned vegetables and the spices. Mix well and simmer to bring up to heat. I like to simmer for over an hour or two.
I’ve experimented with a few changes, additions over the years, but this is the basic recipe.0 -
My wife recently made an excellent chicken and green chili recipe, but she’s asleep so I’ll have to ask her later.0

Just had some of Gavin's 10 Can Chili last night. I made it with chicken breast, add a large can of diced ortega chilis (drained) and use a seasoning mix someone shared with me a while back (1TB chili powder, 2Tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/3 garlic powder, 3/4 tsp Celtic sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and red pepper flakes to taste). I don't drain the tomatoes and let it simmer and reduce. Gets better the next day and freezes well. DW took some for lunch.0

I suppose for 7 can you could use 3 cans instead of 4 cans of beans and tomatoes and 1 can of corn?0
