Friday WI How'd You Do?

Friday is WI for many of us for many different reasons. How did you do this week.

I'm down 5.2 lbs from last Friday. I should be very happy with that but I'm coming off 359.6 lbs which I haven't seen since October of 2013. Kinda of disheartening to think I've gained 62 lbs when I've needed to lose 100 lbs from my low at 292. So I've gone from 400.8 to 292.8 to back to 354.4 this morning. Self assessment can be cruel but I got to face the facts. I've not done what it takes to lose the weight it just that simple.
So awareness and a plan is the where I've got to head.1 -
Down 6 since last Friday when I hit my highest weight ever.
I hear ya, Derrick. I started at 329, got down to 278 and then up and down a couple of times until I stopped caring at some point last year. I hit 339.5 last Friday and that combined with how awful I feel most of the time has brought me back to caring again.

Took action after gaining 3.8 last week.I was near GW and wanted to keep my 1-5 Lb buffer below GW 184.
Maintenance means No Finish Line.

I'm down 0.6, but overall I'm sitting at a higher weight than I would prefer (though still maintaining). The next week and a half is Sukkot, which (for our family) includes inviting roughly 10 people to eat over our place (in the Sukkah) for each of 7-8 days!
I guess I'll go back to losing weight in a couple of weeks!
