We meet here to explore, share, celebrate and (sometimes) agonize over how we do (or don't) incorporate weight loss guidelines into our daily lives. "It's a lifestyle, not a diet" is easily and often said, but sometimes not so simply put into practice.

Today’s topic: Morning Routine

A lot of research suggests that having a healthy morning routine has many benefits. Do you have a healthy routine that supports your lifestyle?

    For me, I have struggled to stick to a healthy routine in the morning. Lately I have been able to start better just by making myself do some light stretches and movements before I get my coffee, and before I get on the internet. I’m enjoying this little step as a way to start my day healthier.

    Yes. I get up, check my weight (use Happy Scale to look at trends), put on my workout clothes, have my veggie filled omelette, and then get to the fitness center before work. Unfortunately with the darker mornings and the stress of the semester I'm spending too much time in my kitchen chair before leaving for the fitness center.

    I have a routine but ia not necessarily a healthy one. I need improvement.🙂

    Get up. Start coffee. Pack lunch/breakfast. Shower. Dress. Leave for work. Eat breakfast at work while going through emails. Take a walk.

    I probably should reverse those last two.

    Well shoot I poop,drink a pot of coffee and walk about 4.5 mi before eating something. Works for me. I then eat my veggie omelet.

    Right now the only morning routine I have is getting to work on time
