    @corriepelc OMG you are an inspiration! I’ve been thinking about signing up for a Spartan run next year, they look so scary but fun.

    3x’s yes. 45 minutes of strength and my first full hour of spin class- I’m not sure I’m going to learn to love spin but I am going to incorporate it into my workouts through the winter.
    Good on calories with some exercise eat backs. Everything logged.

    @BuddysSurrogateGrandpa1 Your beautiful photo is a bit symbolic of my journey here: it's a hell of a climb, very tiring, but with beautiful views on one side and even better ahead. I could fall down without the guardrail support of my friends on here, so I feel supported and safe!
